Information on the Special Assessment of Working Conditions Conducted at RKS-NR LLC

To implement the provisions of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 426-FZ of December 28, 2013 “On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions”, and in accordance with Order No. 12 of the General Director of RKS-NR LLC dated May 2, 2023 “On Conducting the Special Assessment of Working Conditions and Establishing a Commission for Its Conduct”, a special assessment of working conditions (SAWC) was carried out at RKS-NR LLC at 90 workplaces between May 2, 2023, and June 9, 2023, with the involvement of the specialized organization Trudovye Rezervy LLC (registration number 167 dated December 10, 2015, in the Register of Organizations Authorized to Conduct the Special Assessment of Working Conditions maintained by the Ministry of Labour, accreditation certificate in the national accreditation system No. RA.RU.21TP13 dated March 30, 2015).

Based on the results of the work of the RKS-NR LLC commission for the Special Assessment of Working Conditions, working conditions at all 90 workplaces were classified as acceptable (Class 2) in terms of hazard and danger. A report on the Special Assessment of Working Conditions was prepared, and Declaration No. 309 dated June 29, 2023, confirming compliance of the working conditions with the state regulatory occupational safety requirements, was registered with the State Labour Inspectorate in Moscow.

No measures to improve working conditions, and no benefits or compensations, are required.

RKS-NR LLC builds its relationships with controlled legal entities on the principles of effective corporate governance, financial optimization, and the efficient use of assets in compliance with applicable laws.

The establishment and management of controlled legal entities are not intended for tax evasion, gaining unfair competitive advantages, the use of unlawful income schemes, or any other purposes inconsistent with fair and lawful competition.

Relations with controlled legal entities are maintained through participation in their supreme governing bodies, collegiate management and supervisory bodies, as well as through decision-making as a member of such entities and the exercise of powers to issue mandatory instructions.

The Company neither establishes nor encourages undisclosed affiliations, concealed management arrangements, or the concealment of information regarding ultimate beneficial owners.
